Forbes recently released its 2023 list of Canada’s Best Companies to Work For. The list is determined by a survey of more than 10,000 Canadians about their experiences in the workplace, MTL Blog reported.
According to the details, the total list includes 300 companies, however, three Montreal-based organizations have made their mark in the top 100. All of these companies were selected from a pool of 2,900 organizations.
On the list, the highest-ranked Montreal-based company is Hydro-Québec, which has more than 20,000 employees and placed on the list at number seven. The details say this form is the highest-ranked utility company on the list, and it won the top spot on Forbes’ 2022 list of Canada’s Best Employers for Diversity, the report added.
In the second, Montreal’s Concordia University ranks 16th, employing 7,000 people.
